I'm just curious if anyone knows how often Capture One goes on sale and what times of year if they follow a schedule? I've messed around with the demo and I need more than 30 days to really get the hang of it, but I did like the RAW processing capability. I'm currently hoping for another point release so I can get another 30 days and really spend some more time with it. At 50% off I might be tempted to just give it a go, but I'm definitely not ready to plunk down $300 on it without more experience with the program. I don't know of any recurring discount, although Phase One's FAQ did mention subscribing to their newsletter for occasional discounts.
