Currently there isn’t an Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer 64-bit, so you have to use the 32-bit version which is already installed on a 64-bit operating system. Follow these steps to access your 32-bit Internet Explorer.

Click Start Click Computer/My Computer Open Program Files (x86) Open Internet Explorer Open iexplorer.exe Now try to install Adobe Flash Player. If you receive any error or crashes, repeat the reset Internet Explorer (Suggestion 4 from Vijay) steps.
