Discografia Cherokee Megaupload Shut more. After playing about 7-8 seasons of NBA 2K11 My Player, I wondered what happens at the end. Just out of curiosity (I usually don't like to check out 'spoilers' for games). With the way the game is designed, it isn't that easy to just sim to the end of games via a calendar. You have to pause the game mid-match and tell the game to sim to the end of it. That means someone has to load up each game and sim; this makes finding out what happens at retirement very boring and tedious. Searching on google, I found that someone actually did try to find out what happens. Well, not really, but the game forced him to retire in a way.

Here is what he found out. So alot of people have been wondering what happens when your players getting older and what happens at the end.Well i found out for myself.I couldn't really find a thread or a website to find out.I did this to show/help my friends and to all the other players. This took me about almost 3 Months to finish the whole career. How I finished it so fast?

When you play a regular game, and press Start and Quit, it says it there. 'Sim to end of Game' How many games did I play? For me, since I wanted to finish it faster I Simulated almost all my games. I only played about 10% of my games, and those are NBA Finals games and some of the Key games in my rookie year to get my Overall higher. What happens in the middle of the career? Pretty much the same.

You get a couple of Endorsement, Magazines and Jordan hooks you up with your own shoes. The shoes gives stats. I believe I got +8 Mid Range Shot. I think you get different stats, depends on your position. I'm not sure. You can name the shoes whatever you like.

What happens at the end of the career? While I kept simulating most of the games. At the end of my 21th Season My player was 40 years old and the playoffs ended. I pressed 'Play next game' to go to my next season and it wouldn't let me. The whole game froze. I tried it about six times and it kept freezing. So I guess what happens is that at the end of your 21th season your career ends.

Did I get anything for finishing? They never put my player to Hall of Fame or Retired my number or any Celebrations. And yes, I was a bit mad and disappointed. I will never play My player mode again hahah. Needless to say, I was very disappointed:/.

Probably even more disappointed than the lack of celebratory video/screen/whatnot I received following a three-peat world series championships my My Player MLB 2K10 Blue Jays catcher achieved. If the developers don't include any type of reward for people going through My Player modes for a substantial amount of time or gameplay, it's gonna turn people off from an otherwise awesome game mode. MLB 2K10 at least gives your character the option to retire into the hall of fame (not sure if doing so gives you anything worthwhile to look at - going to play till I'm forced to retire). I think I'll sorta stop playing NBA 2K11 for now and just play it whenever I get bored of whatever else I'm playing.

Maybe I'll just make a new character and play a different position (power forward perhaps), I don't know. I really like playing as point guard. PS: While my NBA 2K11 point guard didn't play as many seasons as the person on the website, after winning my 5th NBA Title with the Heat, the game constantly crashes every time I load up the endorsements section of My Career. I dunno if it's related or not = /. After playing about 7-8 seasons of NBA 2K11 My Player, I wondered what happens at the end.
